Product Planner

Adrienne is a native of Rochester, MI. After graduating from Howard University she began her career in advertising, followed by positions in marketing and manufacturing, Adrienne decided to move west to Torrance, California for a great job opportunity with Honda. Adrienne has worked as a product planner for Honda since 2008. As a planner, Adrienne upholds Honda's tradition of providing customers with fun-to-drive, fuel efficient vehicles. Adrienne spends most days determining how Honda can anticipate and satisfy customer needs. In her free time, she enjoys bowling, sketching, and going to the beach.

A Simple Explanation of a High-Tech Feature

One of the CR-Z's more unique features is its 3-mode drive system. This allows the driver to tailor the driving experience to actual conditions or personal preference. Some drivers may prefer to conserve fuel at all times. Some drivers may prefer to have all of the CR-Z's power on tap at all times, while other drivers may prefer to have a combination of the two but with the option to pick either, depending on the situation.

Off the beaten path at the Cobo Center stood Electric Avenue, and within this small corner were examples of the burgeoning grassroots alternative-fuel movement. The Progressive X Prize booth showcased a variety of handmade "Indie" alternative fuel vehicles—all entrants in a global contest.  Check out these photos from "Electric Avenue."

Some of the features that set the CR-Z apart

As you may expect during the development of any new car, things can be pretty secretive. When the curtain is finally lifted for a new car debut, there is a feeling of extreme excitement.

At last, I can speak freely about the car without censoring myself. The CR-Z is a modern interpretation of traditional Honda themes— it's small, sporty and efficient.
