Consumer Reports recently rated the 2013 Accord Sedan, 2013 CR-V and 2013 Odyssey. Click here for all the details.
Honda has the great honor of having two of its cars named to Car and Driver's 10Best list[1]. Both the Accord and the Fit boast multiple appearances on this esteemed list. In fact, this year marks the 27th time the Accord has been recognized—a record unsurpassed by any other vehicle. And for the Fit, this is the seventh consecutive appearance.
The 2013 Honda Accord, Civic, CR-V and Fit were given the award for "Best Resale Value" by Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com.
The all-new Accord and the 2013 Civic earned the highest possible safety rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS): the 2013 TOP SAFETY PICK+. This is especially impressive because the IIHS implemented more stringent testing guidelines for this year, including a new small overlap frontal crash test and the Civic is the first small car to meet these new standards.
The Accord Sedan and the Accord Coupe have earned a 5-star overall vehicle score from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)[1].

[1] Based on frontal crash, side crash and rollover categories. Government 5-Star Safety Ratings are part of NHTSA's New Car Assessment Program (www.SaferCar.gov). Model tested with standard side airbags (SABs). Vehicles tested under the new program cannot be compared to MY10 and earlier vehicles.
Another shootout, another Honda win. This time it's the 2013 Accord taking the top spot in the Cars.com/USAToday/"MotorWeek" $26,000 Midsize Sedan Shootout. Six sedans were tested for three days by a real family as well as by a panel of automotive experts. The testers came away impressed by the Accord's handling abilities, calling it "surprisingly athletic and light on its feet." They also appreciated its many standard features stating, "The Accord wins double extra brownie points for squeezing in [the rearview camera] at this price point."
Honda has long been known for its impressive quality, durability and reliability. So it came as no surprise when the automotive experts at ALG presented Honda with the 2013 Residual Value Award for the Mainstream Brand segment. The Odyssey, Accord and Fit also received the ALG Residual Value Award in their respective segments. The value a car retains over time should be top of mind for any car shopper. As ALG's Larry Dominique says, "Residual value is the ultimate measure of product success."
The Honda Odyssey and the Civic Hybrid have been recognized as two of the Best Family Cars of 2012 by Parents magazine and Edmunds.com. Honda earned these honors after both organizations "scrutinized hundreds of vehicles, focusing on safety and reliability."[1]

Acknowledgment of our commitment to innovation can be seen by Honda's topping the rankings as the country's Greenest Automaker by the Union of Concerned Scientists (UCS)—for the fifth time in a row[5].
