Seat Configurations
The 2012 Odyssey provides exceptional refinement to both second-row and third-row seating. With plenty of comfort and space, the second row includes a LATCH-capable multi-function center seat (EX and above) that can slide forward more than 5.5 inches. Second-row seating comes equipped with a lateral slide lever that operates a seating position called the “wide mode,” in which the outboard seats can slide 1.5 inches to each side.
Cargo Configurations
Whether carrying people, cargo, or a combination of both, it's tough to imagine a more versatile vehicle. With second-row seats removed, the One-Motion 60/40 Split 3rd-Row Magic Seat® stowed, there's enough floor space for a stack of 4'x8' sheets of plywood laid flat[1][2].

[1] Honda reminds you to properly secure items stored in the cargo area.

[2] Carrying too much cargo or improperly storing it can affect the handling, stability and operation of this vehicle. Before carrying any cargo, be sure to consult the owner's manual for load limits and loading guidelines.

One-Motion 60/40 Split 3rd-Row Magic Seat®
Further interior flexibility is provided by the easy-to-use One-Motion 60/40 Split 3rd-Row Magic Seat®.
Blind Spot Information System (BSI)
The premium 2012 Odyssey Touring Elite® model includes an innovative and useful blind spot information system (BSI)[1]. A pair of sensors one on each rear corner of the vehicle, can detect a vehicle that may be positioned in the driver's blind spot. A graphic indicator located on the interior garnish near the appropriate side-view mirror alerts the driver.

[1] The system is not a substitute for your own visual assessment before changing lanes; system accuracy will vary based on weather, size of object and speed.
Audio Systems
As a standard feature on all 2012 models, the Radio Data System (RDS) can show station, song and artist information. Touring Elite® models come with a powerful 650-watt, 12-speaker 5.1 Surround Sound system.
