The HandsFreeLink
® wireless telephone interface featuring
Bluetooth®[1] technology uses the Odyssey's audio system and a built-in microphone and allows the driver to make or receive phone calls without handling their phone or taking their eyes off the road. For 2011,
Bluetooth® HandsFreeLink
® will be standard on EX-L and above. The system has voice-recognition capability that will store up to 50 contacts per phone within the system. Certain phones with phone-book export capability may transfer their entire contact list into the system's memory (up to 1,000 names and 10,000 phone numbers). The phone book can be password-protected for extra security. A list of compatible phones can be found at
handsfreelink.honda.com.
