Expanding Protection
While sharing our roads with many other drivers, a time may arise where collision is unavoidable. For superior defense during impact, Civic occupants are surrounded by no less than six airbags. The array of coverage includes dual-stage, dual-threshold front airbags, front side airbags with passenger-side Occupant Position Detection System (OPDS) and side curtain airbags—all standard.
In Charge
Standard on every Civic, is a complement of advanced safety systems to keep you out of trouble and in command. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts the driver when a tire’s pressure reaches a significantly low level.
