Honda's should be the eighth wonder of the world! If you're wondering how I achieved so many miles in a short period of time, well, my daily commute is right at 300 miles per day. I live near Lake Tahoe and commute to the San Francisco bay area. Aside from standard maintenance, this beast has been trouble free! Recently changed the timing belt and the mechanic told me the internal parts are perfectly clean. In 98 when I purchased the car, my per gallon average was 35.6 mpg highway. Today the mileage is 36.6! Interior and paint is still fantastic! I've had Toyota's, Mazda's, Subaru's, Ford's and nothing comes close to Honda. In fact, none of these cars lasted half the total mileage of the Honda and this beast is LONG from being turned out to pasture. What else can I say; this car is as tight today (in & out) as it was on the summer day in 1998 when I made the best decision of my life. You deserve the Nobel Prize for this technology - UNREAL.
