There are memories behind every mile in a Honda, and we’d love to hear yours. If your odometer has reached a notable milestone, this is the place to share your journey with others who have done the same. Congratulations—not every Honda travels 100,000 miles and beyond. The stories here don’t represent the average expectancy of every Honda. Everyone’s experience is different based on vehicle, driving manner and conditions.

My 2006 Accord Coupe hit 100k miles on September 2nd, 2012. It is the 4cyl model, all stock with a 5-speed manual transmission. I bought it new in the fall of 2006. The Honda dealer I bought it from drove it 4 hours from the dealer and delivered it to my house. In the 6+ years I have owned it, it has needed less than $1,000 in repairs, which were related to the winter climate. I have owned 5 other models including a 1982 Civic my parents bought new and ended up being my first car. A 1986 Prelude, which I totaled, but kept all of us safe. A 1996 Civic, which was leased. A 1991 Integra, which was totaled when I was broadsided by a livery cab. A 1986 Accord that was 20 years old, but only had 50k due to being owned by a little old lady and quit due to old age. They run forever and require very little maintenance.
