I purchased a brand new Honda Accord EX-L V6 2005 edition in December 2004. So far I have no mechanical problems other than scheduled maintenance. With 500 mile a week commutes to work every day from Aliso Viejo to El Segundo for a large aerospace company, as well as company travels to Santa Barbara, and Monterey, CA this masterpiece Accord has served me well even in brutal Southern California traffic on the 5, 91 and 405 Freeways. This 2005 Accord will be hitting nearly 200,000 miles when I come due to purchase a 2010 model. I will still keep this 2005 Accord. When I take this 2005 Accord into the dealerships for repair, they often shake their heads to see this car with its mileage and the mint condition it is in. Hondas run in my family as well. My mother has a 2002 (45k miles), and my father had a 1991 Honda Accord SE that he purchased new in 1991, and had well over 250,000 miles and still runs to another owner in Aliso Viejo. Honda, I am truly happy with your product! Quality and reliability all around where my career depends on it in the industry that I work in. Honda is still surviving out of this auto industry downturn in the economy, and I can certainly see why Honda survives. Quality! Reliability and reputation! : )
