I was given the car at 70,000miles. It is now at 145k miles, it has come a very long ways over the last 7 years, it has rarely ever failed me during important times, it has been pretty reliable, despite the fact of needing new axles, balljoints, alternator, compressor, and a new head, I still consider it a very good chariot, I also retrofitted it with cosmetic mods over the years, headlights, seats, retrofit to integra cluster. For many years it was my daily driver, recently I just got a BMW as my new daily driver, but I believe I will keep the civic forever.
I love the thing to death, taken very good care of it, keep it detailed and shining. It'll always be in my family until the end of its day.
