My 3rd of 8 total Hondas purchased is my favorite. Being a hatchback, I can even put a small dresser in my car. By performing the normal regular maintenance all my Hondas just last and last. No major repairs, just clutch and brakes. Original engine, original transmission, today after 20 years, the mileage (miles per gallon) on my car is only 1 mile difference from day 1. 30 MPG combined, 25 MPG city.

I am not afraid to drive cross country if I had to today. I love my 1988 Honda LXI.

I have never missed a regular 7,500 or 15,000 mile service from day 1.

I LOVE THIRD GENERATION HONDA ACCORDS ESPECIALLY HATCHBACKS AND I LOVE IT THAT PEOPLE WHO OWN THEM TAKE PRIDE IN THE OWNERSHIP AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF THEM SO THEY CAN LAST FOREVER. I HAVE A 2000 HONDA ACCORD LX COUPE DEEP VELVET BLUE PEARL BUT MY FAVORITE IS THE 1986-1989 HONDA ACCORD HATCHBACK. I LOVE THE POP UP HEADLIGHTS AND THE DESIGN OF THE CAR.
