I sent in the fulfillment card from the Element Dog Friendly User's guide but I haven't received the "Extras." What should I do?
You should have received an order confirmation email with a FedEx tracking number for your shipment. If you have not received your "Dog Friendly Extras" within 3 weeks, please track your shipment through FedEx. Should you have problems or concerns, give us a call at 1-800-999-1009.
