There are memories behind every mile in a Honda, and we’d love to hear yours. If your odometer has reached a notable milestone, this is the place to share your journey with others who have done the same. Congratulations—not every Honda travels 100,000 miles and beyond. The stories here don’t represent the average expectancy of every Honda. Everyone’s experience is different based on vehicle, driving manner and conditions.

We were shopping for a new vehicle for my wife and had gone to the Honda dealership to look at CRV's. They had just received their first shipment of Elements. My wife thought it was cute and a test drive confirmed the Element as her choice. We had/have large dogs, horses and three kids going to college so the easy to clean and configure interior was icing on the cake. We have moved kids to their dorms, picked up bales of hay and made cross country family trips with great comfort and convenience. My wife also used her car for work that required driving many miles in remote areas including primitive roads where we lived in AZ. About two years ago we moved near the mountains in Western North Carolina where she continues to drive many miles for work and we also love exploring the regions back roads. Our 107 pound dog likes us to lay down the rear seat and place a dog bed on it. He rides back there like it was made for him. We have a two wheel drive EX. I run Michelin LTX mud and snow tires and my wife has never been stuck on dirt/mud nor snow/ice covered roads even when we have watched other all wheel drive mini SUVs getting mired or sliding off road. In all these miles we have had ZERO problems. The original battery is fine. I replaced a head lamp bulb and one set of front brake pads. I am religious on the scheduled maintenance. Only gripes are minor. The driver side seat cover is cracking along the left seam and the flat windshield collects many stone chips. All in all, my "ex-hippy" 56 year old wife, loves her little grey "Elephant".
