There are memories behind every mile in a Honda, and we’d love to hear yours. If your odometer has reached a notable milestone, this is the place to share your journey with others who have done the same. Congratulations—not every Honda travels 100,000 miles and beyond. The stories here don’t represent the average expectancy of every Honda. Everyone’s experience is different based on vehicle, driving manner and conditions.

My Honda has been a hand me down family car. My Honda's name is Claire and when my Aunt bought her new off the lot in California she was just another car. After only a year or so my brother Chris bought Claire and brought her out to KS. He was only here in KS for a year when my car became unreliable and he offered to let me drive her for the time I was away at College while he drove my clunker. Afterwards we swapped cars again. She has taken us to Main, Florida, California and everywhere in between and has solidified herself as a member of the family. A few years ago my brother wanted an SUV and was going to trade her in for a measly $2,000. I was floored. I knew how well she had been taken care of so I kept her in the family for a small fortune, as far as a broke person is concerned. I have been driving her non-stop ever since and I liked her so much when gas prices doubled that I sold my SUV and she is now my only car. We hit a another mile stone yesterday and she hit 310,000 miles. She needs a new windshield and an upholstery cleaning but when I had some engine work done earlier this year I was told she looked like a new engine still. My family has only ever used full synthetic oil, and had filters, and hoses and fluids changed often. If a person takes good car of a car it will last forever. I love my Honda and it's obvious she loves me by reaching 310,000 miles and running strong. Thanks Honda for making such great cars.
